Our internships provide an opportunity for students to gain valuable hands-on experience through rewarding projects and robust summer programs. Project Summary:
Small Cost Saving Projects to Manage. Help other engineers on larger projects.
Projects Deliverables
- Take a small project from beginning to end
- Create and complete a PFC
- Have testing completed for project
- Run trials through plants
Key Learning/Development
1. Project management skills and multi-tasking
2. Learn Batesville's culture and systems
Required Degree/Skills/Experiences:
- Pursuing an Engineering degree or similar technical degree
- Sophomore year of study or higher
- Previous internship in a manufacturing company; initiative, strong communication; creative problem solving skills
Preferred Degree/Skills/Experiences:
- BSIE or BSME preferred
