The Batesville Internship Experience
Our 10-12 week internships provide an opportunity for students to gain valuable hands-on experience through rewarding projects and robust summer programs. We assign challenging tasks that build on the intern’s skills and enhance their business savvy. From the start, interns are given a mentor, engage with executives, visit multiple company locations, participate in teambuilding exercises, and attend several entertaining activities. Project Description: This internship role will provide an unique opportunity for the individual to analyze current sales management processes and provide feedback on those processes.
Project Deliverables
1. Assist with merchandising plans
2. Sales management process audits and identify improvements
3. Improve the territory review process along with data analytics needed
4. Fusion audits and Fusion process improvements
Required Degree/Skills/Experiences:
- Seeking a Sales or Marketing degree
- Communication/organizational skills
- Project Management
