The Batesville Internship Experience
Our 10-12 week internships provide an opportunity for students to gain valuable hands-on experience through rewarding projects and robust summer programs. We assign challenging tasks that build on the intern’s skills and enhance their business savvy. From the start, interns are given a mentor, engage with executives, visit multiple company locations, participate in teambuilding exercises, and attend several entertaining activities. All of this strategic programming focuses on the company’s key core competency, intentional talent development, which emphasizes their personal growth.
