Batesville is looking for a Custodian  (2nd  shift- $ 500.00 sign-on-bonus) to join our team in Batesville, IN.  As a Production Associate you will be responsible for product assembly, proper care and handling of inventory and always following safe practices and standard work procedures.

Perform daily cleaning of restrooms, machines, fixtures, furniture, windows and floors while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and excellence. Ensure satisfaction by maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe environment in all areas .

Qualifications - External

Custodians need a wide range of skills and qualifications, including:

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift and move over 50 pounds
  • Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools
  • Time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Physical strength and stamina
  • Organization skills
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

 

Basic Requirements:

  • Ability to work weekends and overtime
  • Ability follow Safety Standards and Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures

Great to Haves:

  • Previous manufacturing or custodial experience preferred
