HCM Systems Analyst
Hillenbrand is looking for a HCM Systems Analyst to join our team. As a HCM Systems Analyst, you will be a core member of a high-profile, multi-year, transformational program to modernize the company’s global HR processes and technologies with the implementation of a cutting-edge Human Capital Management system. Operating under the leadership of the Director, Enterprise Applications and partnering closely with HCM Program Leadership and Systems Integrator partners, you will work across global IT and HRIS teams to analyze and document the current-state application systems/technical landscape; lead the analysis and define & document the phased, future-state application/technical systems roadmap as well support planning, deployment and stabilization of the defined roadmap.
Post deployment, you will leverage your understanding of the integrated processes and supporting system(s) to maintain and support all IT/ technology aspects of the HCM including ensuring technical planning and support for ongoing HCM releases.
This HCM Systems Analyst is the primary point of contact with the HCM technology providers and support partners for IT and maintains a close working relationship with the Integrations Leader and the HR Digital Technology Leader.

What you’ll do:
• Leads the discovery and analysis of the current-state, global HR application system and technical inventories across the globe including business process to application system mapping, system to system dataflow and interface mapping, and hosting and technical architecture documentation.
• Partners with Program Leadership to develop, analyze and finalize phase-wise application/technical roadmaps and plans for deployment in alignment with all program objectives and deliverables.
• As part of the sustainment or ongoing support team coordinates with HR, HRIS and Technical teams to analyze, prepare, validate and successfully deploy ongoing releases on time to quality expectations.
• Responsible for tracking project status and managing project issues and risks
• Facilitates project meetings and presentations to diverse audiences (i.e. senior management, end-users, technical staff)
• Lead the testing and implementation of software developed, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as managing timelines and producing technical documentation
• Elicits and clearly documents business and systems requirements (i.e. business requirements/stories, scope, use cases, diagrams)
• Maintains knowledge or trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.

Travel
• Up to 10% travel may be required
Basic Requirements:
• 5+ years' Information Systems experience
• 4+ years in HCM solution experience (Workday, Oracle HCM, etc)
Great to Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in computer science, information systems, business administration or equivalent from a college or university with IT focused specialization.
• Demonstrated experience in large, global and successful projects/programs
• Well-developed analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead/influence improvement/project teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
